As you may have seen, I have withdrawn from several signing events for this year.
It’s disappointing and upsetting, but the truth is this year is bringing a lot of uncertainty financially and logistically, and as much as travelling and meeting my readers is one of the most fulfilling parts of my career as an author, sometimes reality comes crashing down.
I had to take a long hard look at the numbers and I simply cannot fit any events into my budget this year.
What does that mean?
More books! Since my head space is not being overtaken with travel planning, it means all my focus is on writing.
I do want to attend more events in the near future, but it will be a waiting game for now to see what travel looks like in the coming months.
For anyone who had pre-ordered books from me on Beventi, I will reach out to make alternate arrangements and get those books to you.
